Cooperation Process

Q: What is the process after confirming a vehicle?

A:

1. Sign a contract (including payment terms, delivery time, product details, etc.).

2. Pay a 30% deposit within 3 days (as per contract terms).

3. Receive the vehicle’s VIN and a confirmation video after the deposit is paid.

4. Pay the remaining 70% balance, after which we arrange shipping and provide packaging photos, customs clearance documents, and export certificates.

Q: Can the vehicle be inspected? Who covers the cost?

A: Yes, a third-party inspection company can be hired for quality checks, but the fee must be paid by the customer.

Q: Is insurance included in shipping?

A: Yes, insurance is provided for both domestic and international transportation.

Q: What is the difference between CIP and CIF terms?

A:

Both CIP and CIF include shipping costs to the destination port, but customers must handle customs clearance independently.

Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Yes, we provide packaging photos, customs clearance certificates, and export documents before the final payment.
